Deferred claims can be reopened by choosing this option from the Claim Actions dropdown:
If you have a large number of claims to reopen at one time, please open a ticket with your request and attach a spreadsheet containing the claim id numbers of the claims you wish to reopen.
Reopened claims will return to the status they were in prior to deferral.
