To withdraw a claim, simply select the “Withdraw Claim(s)” in the Claims Actions drop-down:
If you need to withdraw a large number of claims in bulk, please open a ticket with your request and attach a spreadsheet with a list of the claim ID numbers of the claims you wish to withdraw.
