A withdrawn claim may be re-filed at any time by making the appropriate selection in the Claims Actions drop-down:
The new claim will be assigned a new place in the FIFO processing queue based upon the date of the re-filing, but the claim will retain the date of the original filing for Statute of Limitations assessment. The documents included in the original filing will be carried over into the new claim.
