The following Trusts have a filing fee policy:

| HK Porter | $40.00 (only for re-filing previously rejected claims) |
| Porter Hayden | $1.00 |
| Garlock | $100 for mesothelioma; $75 for lung cancer; $50 for all other Disease levels |
For trusts that require filing fees, a claim will not be considered “complete” to enter the FIFO claims processing queue until the fee has been paid. For the Garlock Trust, the claim is not deemed filed until the fee is paid (Statute is not tolled until filing fee is allocated).
