When a claim submitted for Individualized Review is approved for offer, the resulting Liquidated Value is sometimes less than the Scheduled Value for the disease level. When this occurs, some trusts will suggest that you convert the claim to Expedited Review in order to receive Scheduled Value. This suggestion is made in the form of a deficiency that can be resolved by simply going to the Injured party page of the claim form and accepting the ‘Suggested Review Type’. Doing this will automatically convert the claim to Expedited Review and resolve the deficiency.
