For all Trusts the The Secondary Exposure tab needs to be completed. The information on the Exp Tab needs to correspond to the information contained on this tab.
The Garlock Trust only allows Secondary Exposure for mesothelioma claims.
The following Trusts allow Secondary Exposure claims to be submitted under Expedited Review:
ABB Lummus, A-Best, AC&S, ARTRA, CE, Congoleum, G1, HK Porter, Kaiser, Plibrico.
All other Trusts require that Secondary Exposure claims are submitted as Individualized Review.
