No -- the Supplemental Questionnaire tab of the claim form will only become active for claims that are in a Qualified-Pending QC status. You will receive a notification when the Questionnaires are available. You can then find a listing of all your Kaiser claims that need the Questionnaire by going to "Supplemental Questionnaire" under My Application Tools and doing a search:
You can then export the search results to Excel and fill out the Questionnaires directly on the claim forms. This search will only return a list of claims that still require the Questionnaire information to be provided; if the questions have already been answered on the claim form since you received the e-mail notification, that claim will no longer appear in your results
